A Medical Review Officer is responsible for determining whether or not positive drug screens have an alternate medical explanation. Dr. Robert R. Zaid is a Medical Review Officer in Novi and helps employers bound by Department of Transportation regulations determine if their employees are certified to work in a safety sensitive job.
