The Medical Team module is where you can enter the peretinent contact information of all the medical professionals that you interact with.  Some examples are pharmacist, dietician, nutritionist, cardiologist, Endrocologist, family doctor, hospital, EMT, home health care worker, hospital, clinic, etc.  The pertinent information includes name, phone, fax, email, appointment dates, etc.  It is to your advantage to have all the information of your medical team in one location for easy retrieveal.

The medical team module is very easy to use.  To add a new record to the medical team module, just press the 'Create' button.  Then enter the information in the spaces provided.  If you want to add an appointment date.  The Date and Time boxes will appear.  Set the date and time to the appropriate date/time of the appointment.  To add the information to the database, press the 'Add' button.

To Edit a Record, press the 'Edit' button, then change the data as necessary.  To add the information to the database, press the 'Add' button.  To change the date/time of an appointment for an existing record, press the Edit button, change the date/time. then press the 'Add' button.

To Delete a Record, press the 'Delete' button.  Remember, once a record is deleted, the information is gone forever.  Be careful.

To revise the appointment date on an existing record, be sure the Record is visible.  Press the 'Edit' button.  Then click on the 'Edit or Add Appointment Date' check box.  The Date and Time boxes will appear.  Set the date and time to the appropriate date/time of the appointment.  To add the information to the database, press the 'Add' button.

I designed the medical team module to operate on Tabs.  As you add records to the database, you will notice the Tabs (below the toolbar) will increase in number.  The caption on each Tab identifies the contents.  Just click on the respective Tab to observe the contents.
