People with diabetes often use a low carbohydrate diet to maintain good blood glucose control. This can sometimes lead to constipation. Or, a person's diet often include foods which have rather undesirable effects on their bodily functions, often leading to rather difficult moments. Medications, diet, exercise, and a host of other reasons can also have an impact on bowel movement.

The above is one of the reasons I added the Bowel Movement to the software package. Constipation is normally described without bowel movement for three days. If you are constantly constipated, go see your doctor. You may have serious medical problems. The same applies for diarrhea. See your doctor if either problem persists.

The bowel movement form is pretty simple and straight forward. The Time Span is the elapsed time between bowel movements. The Difficulty Level is a very subjective in nature. The User can select from 1 to 25. One meaning bad constipation, and twenty five meaning bad diarrhea. Each person will interpret this function differently. The software has a default Difficulty Level of twelve, which is half way on the slider scale.

To change the Difficulty Level, press the left mouse button with the mouse cursor on the down arrow of the Difficulty Level Meter, and slide to the left for different states of constipation, or slide to the right for different states of diarrahea.
